Fields of application:
Restoration of degraded concrete structures, also subjected to sulphatic aggression.

TECHNICAL FEATURES:
Mapegrout Ripara Facile is a pre-mixed mortar in powder, thixotropic, single-component, fiber-reinforced and withdrawal plywood composed of high-strength cements, selected aggregates and special superfluidifying additives according to a formulation developed in MAPEI Research & Development laboratories. Its special composition also ensures high resistance to sulphatic aggression. For this reason Mapegrout Easy Repair is also particularly suitable for the restoration of concrete structures facing the sea. In order to allow the complete development of expansive phenomena to air, Mapegrout Ripara Facile can be advantageously additived with 0.25% Mapecure SRA, a special additive able to reduce the surface tension within the capillary pores according to an innovative technology developed within MAPEI laboratories. Thanks to this technology it is possible to reduce not only the plastic shrinkage and hydraulic shrinkage but also the rapid evaporation of water from the mortar, thus promoting the development of hydr reactions
