Delivery:

Delivery options may vary dependant on your location and the weight/type of products in your basket. Your order should be delivered 1-3 working days from the date of order.

You can track the progress of your order using a unique tracking reference number. You can find your number in your order history.

Carriers/Tracking:

We work exclusively with established, trusted carriers to ensure the best possible delivery experience. Please use the appropriate link below based on the carrier listed in your tracking information:

Delivery Notes:

  • Orders will be processed and despatched within 1 working days subject to stock availability.
  • Orders placed after Saturday & Sunday will be processed on the next working day.
  • We only deliver to mainland Britain and Scottish Highland. We don’t currently ship to Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.
  • For orders requiring palletised deliveries the standard carrier delivery size is 18ton rigid tail-lift vehicle (similar in size to a refuse lorry) and goods will arrive palletised. If you have any concerns regarding access please contact us.
  • For pallet deliveries weighing over 500Kg you will be required to have a forklift available.

Delivery Incidents:

We are committed to processing and dispatching all orders as quickly as possible. Our team works diligently to ensure that your items are picked, packed, and shipped with care—typically within our standard processing times.

However, please note that in some cases, external factors beyond our control may cause delays in delivery. These can include, but are not limited to:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Carrier or courier delays
  • Transit or sorting center disruptions

While such situations are rare, they may affect the estimated delivery time of your order. We closely monitor shipping partners and make every effort to minimise any impact on your delivery experience.
