Returns & Refunds Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it under the following conditions:

Return Window: You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Condition:  Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Non-returnable Items: Certain items such as perishable goods, personalised products, and sale items may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us https://gwdistribution.co.uk/pages/contact with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

Refunds:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Lost or Delayed Items

If you have not received your order after 7 calendar days from the shipping confirmation date, please contact us. Orders are not considered lost until this time has passed.

We will investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.
