Our Heat Logs are easy to light, burn with a long flame and give good heat output. They are ideal for use on a wide range of appliances including open fires, log burners and multi-fuel stoves. They can be used by themselves or you can alternatively mix them with other solid fuels like firewood and coal. They retain their shape during burning and do not expand. They are also safer to burn with no expansion or cracking. No contaminated wood or binders are used in our Oak Heat Logs - only clean recycled waste hardwood from Sawmill. They can be considered as a carbon neutral fuel, as the wood they’re made from would otherwise have been sent to a landfill site, where it would eventually be broken down into methane gas which is 4 times more harmful to the environment than Carbon Dioxide.
